This policy explains what personal information Royal Dream Events ("we", "us"), 3481 Melrose Place, Beverly Hills, California 90210, collects through royaldreamevents.com, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have, including under California law.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you send a contact message, request a themed party, or design a party with Build Your Party and request it, we collect what you enter, which can include:
- your name, email address, and phone number;
- event details such as the date, start time, length, and location or address;
- the party you design, such as the theme, princess characters, backdrop, balloon décor, entertainment, add-ons, package, and number of children;
- any message, notes, or special requests you include.
Information about the guest of honor. Many of our parties celebrate children. If you tell us about the birthday child or another guest of honor (for example a first name and age), we use it only to plan and personalize your party.
Information collected automatically. When you submit a form we record your IP address with it, to help prevent spam and abuse. Like most websites, our server also keeps standard logs of requests (such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time).
Cookies and browser storage
- One essential cookie. A session cookie keeps a security token so your booking and contact forms can be submitted safely. It is deleted when you close your browser.
- Your party design. While you use Build Your Party, your choices are saved in your browser's session storage so they are not lost if you reload the page. They stay on your device and are cleared when you close the tab.
- Your cookie choice. We remember whether you accepted or declined in your browser.
We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or social media tracking cookies. If we add optional cookies in the future, we will only use them if you click "Accept" in our cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie Settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How we use your information
- to respond to your messages and requests and to prepare quotes;
- to plan, confirm, and provide the parties and services you book;
- to keep records of requests and bookings;
- to protect the site against spam, fraud, and abuse.
We do not use your information for advertising.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site, for those purposes:
- our web hosting provider, which stores the site and the requests you submit;
- our email delivery provider, which sends us a copy of each request so we can respond;
- Google Fonts, which provides the site's fonts, and the content delivery networks that provide its icons and code libraries (Font Awesome, cdnjs by Cloudflare, and jsDelivr). Your browser contacts them to load these files, which shares your IP address with them.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions as long as needed to respond, provide our services, and maintain our business records, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use and share it;
- request a copy of your personal information;
- request that we correct or delete it;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not sell or share it);
- not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends it, we treat it as a request to opt out and decline optional cookies for you automatically. Our site does not respond differently to "Do Not Track" browser signals, but because we do not track you across websites, there is no tracking for those signals to turn off.
Children
Our site is meant for parents and other adults planning events. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Details about a child that a parent or organizer shares with us to plan a party are used only for that purpose. If you believe a child has sent us information directly, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above.
